Chris is very professional and a real subject matter expert in drug and alcohol testing. I’ve attended awareness training and testing training. During the awareness training he covered misuse and colloquial names extensively. For the testing training, not only was he very specific about what and why the testing was important, he also explained how the testing works and how he carries out the tests himself in detail. For our team, Chris explaining exactly what he says at each point definitely built confidence for our testers to be able to carry out this process in future. I’m really grateful that MHE have supplied supplementary videos so if the team don’t have to run tests for a while they can refresh themselves beforehand. All in all, I’d thoroughly recommend!
